Therefore,  it  makes  sense  to  me  that,  you  would  probably  want  to  work  with  a  Realtor  that  is  aggressive,  knowledgeable,  has  marketing  skills,  is  willing  to  work  hard  for  you,  and  isn't  going  to  charge  you  the  usual  high  commission  fee  for  the  services  provided.

Another  important  aspect,  sometimes  overlooked,  is  how  available  is  your  Realtor  going  to  be  for  you!      Some  Realtors  handle  many  listings  at  the  same  time.      Those  listings  could  range  in  price  from  a  few  hundreds  of  thousands  of  dollars  to  millions.      Guess  which  one  that  Realtor  is  attempting  to  sell  first.      Some  Realtors  employ  their  own  assisting  staff  and  after  the  Realtor  takes  the  listing  from  you,  almost  every  time  you  call  the  Realtor's  office  you  end  up  speaking  with  an  assisting  staff  member  because,  your  Realtor  is  busy  and  will  have  to  contact  you  later.
